Evolabel label thermal transfer printers T63

With a print width of up to 162 mm, the Evolabel T63 thermal transfer printer is suitable for labelling pallets and crates, where large formats and labels with a lot of data are often used.

The T63 prints labels up to A5 format and complies with GS1 standards for base labelling. Evolabel offers unique and safe solutions for labelling 1, 2 or 3-sided pallets. The Evolabel T63 can use both thermal transfer printing technology and direct thermal printing technology.

Description

With a print width of up to 162 mm, the Evolabel T63 thermal transfer printer is suitable for labelling pallets and cases, where large formats and labels with a lot of data are often used.
Evolabel’s T63 printer has a very rigid design – the solid aluminum chassis is machined as one piece for perfect alignment of the wide label and transfer rollers, print head etc. This eliminates the need for any mechanical adjustments and secure high quality printing over time for precise alignment.

The T63 prints labels up to A5 format and complies with GS1 standards for pallet labelling. Evolabel offers unique and safe solutions for labelling 1, 2 or 3-sided pallets. The Evolabel T63 can use both thermal transfer printing technology and direct thermal printing technology.

Accessories:

1. Touch screen


From the 10.4” touch screen the operator can easily change products and settings.


2. Status beacon


The status tower provides an easy way to monitor the machine status from a distance.


3. Control Panel


From the Control panel the operator can easily stop, reset and start the printer.


4. Trigger sensor


Evolabel offers a reflecting PNP trigger sensor from SICK, which fits most applications. The machine can interface to any 24V PNP trigger from other suppliers.


5. Mounting kit


This is the standard robust stainless steel mounting kit from Evolabel. It will fit most applications. It is intended to be used with the pillar stand (6).


6. Pillar stand


This pillar stand of anodized aluminium can either be mounted directly on the floor or onto the stand foot (7). The pillar stand is also available with motorized height adjustment.


7. Stand foot


The stand foot is a robust powder coated aluminium foot with wheels and adjustable machine feet covered with rubber for good positional stability.
