Evolabel label applicators Wipe G2 and Wipe 90 G2
Wipe applicators are used to apply the label on top of, in front of, behind or on the printer/applicator side of the product or around the side or top edge.
The Evolabel Wipe G2 applicator is designed to quickly apply one or two labels to the front, side, top or back of the product. The printer applicator is located above the product line. It’s also great for wrapping a label around a corner, where one part of the label is applied to the front and the other part of the label is wiped around the corner onto the top or side of the box.
The Evolabel Wipe90 G2 printer applicator is located next to the product line. The applicators hold the label firmly in place with a vacuum when it reaches the surface of the product. The angle of contact of the applicator with the product can be adjusted from a few degrees up to 200 degrees.
The pulse encoder and stepper motor driven applicator stem makes it easy to label products on the side as well as around the edge for front/side label application. It’s also perfect for applying labels to round surfaces.
The mechanical, electrical and pneumatic interface between Evolabel applicators and printers is plug-and-play. All applicators are compatible with all Evolabel printers.

It’s also great for wrapping a label around a corner, where one part of the label is applied to the front and the other part of the label is wiped around the corner onto the top or side of the box.
The applicator stem detects any obstacles in the way for perfect label application, making it completely safe for the user. In addition, it allows fast and accurate marking even on very light products, both on adjacent sides and on corner wraps. The rotational movement is in line with the printing direction, allowing labels longer than 300 mm to be applied to the product.
