Description
ECOMAT PLUS FS is a wrapping device with a simple design, functional and equipped with a pre-stretching head. To simplify loading with a forklift, the turntable of the unit has entry channels. Equipped with the EASY LOAD® pre-stretching system, the film pre-stretching head allows film pre-stretching up to 260%. The device has seven adjustable functions: – number of reinforcement strokes for the top of the pallet – number of reinforcement strokes for the bottom of the pallet – reinforcement strokes for heavy products – choice of top pallet overlap – choice of tilting head movement – rotary plate movement speed to adjust the overlap and the amount of film to be applied – force to apply the film on the pallet – pallet overlap addition function. In addition, 15 programmes can be stored for different products. The machine uses a soft start and end stage of the plating operation, which avoids the possibility of damaging light and unstable products. The height of the pallet is determined using a photocell. Depending on the size of the pallets, up to 30 pallets per hour can be handled with this machine.
In all ECOMAT machines, the film roll is located in the machine’s construction post.
