Description
The Signode ROLLE 8 is a modern version of the first wrapping machine made by Haloila in 1976.
The film pre-stretching head is equipped with a mechanical brake, allows film pre-stretching up to 150%. The device has two preset firing modes – strong and light – you select the appropriate mode, press the start button and the device fires the base. Double reinforcing bars are made at the top and bottom of the base. The rotation speed of the turntable is adjustable. The height of the pallet is determined using a photocell. Depending on the size of the pallets, up to 25 pallets per hour can be handled.
The first-generation Rolle 8 machines are still in use in many Estonian companies.
