– equipped with a new generation of environmentally friendly Bosch LiION batteries and fast chargers. Charging time 15-30min, 50% charged in 75% of the charging time. LiION batteries have no memory effect and can be charged and discharged at any free moment like a mobile phone. Active cooling of batteries during charging ensures safety.

Signode BXT3-19 models can be used in different operating modes:Manual mode - the belt is tensioned until the operator presses the tension button. The ribbon is tied and cut with the press of another button.
In the semi-automatic mode, the tape is tensioned until the operator presses the tensioning button. The tensioning can be interrupted and restarted at any moment in order to correct the position of the belts, place corner guards under the belt or, in the case of massive objects, give the belt maximum tension with cyclic starts. When the tape reaches the predetermined tension, the tape is tied and cut off automatically.
The automatic mode operator places the packing tapes and starts the tool. The tape is tightened to a predetermined tension, after which the tape is tied and cut off automatically. Immediately after starting the tool, the operator can leave the tool to complete the taping cycle and at the same time prepare the tapes for the next binding. The automatic mode allows to increase the productivity by 2-3 times
Signode BXT3-19 is equipped with a SOFT function, which, when activated, switches the tool to work with PP tapes. Since PP tape has different properties than PET tape, the SOFT function switches the tape's starting speed and final tension by about half. You can use all the modes of use described above to work with PP tape.
All types of tapes are guaranteed after tying to the extent of 80% of the tape's tensile strength at the tying point. As described in the distribution of plastic packing tapes, SIGNODE TENAX packing tapes work on the principle of a rubber cord - when pulling force is removed, having previously been stretched by 12-15%, the packing tape tries to restore its original state, keeping the product package tight. The same principle also works in the case of changes in product package dimensions due to sudden fluctuations in temperature or humidity. We recommend the BXT3-10, BXT 3-16 and BXT3-19 if you need a mobile, lock-free pairing tool.
