ECOMAT PLUS is equipped power pre-stretching head and is simple design and functionality. Equipped with the EASY LOAD® pre-stretching system, the film pre-stretching head allows film pre-stretching up to 260%. The device has four adjustable functions: – number of reinforcing rings of the wrapping film applied to the top of the pallet – number of reinforcing rings of the wrapping film applied to the bottom of the pallet – speed of the turntable movement to adjust the overlap and the amount of film to be applied – force to apply the wrapping film to the pallet. In addition, 15 programmes can be stored for different products. The machine uses a soft start and end stage of the plating operation, which avoids the possibility of damaging light and unstable products. The height of the pallet is determined using a photocell. Depending on the size of the pallets, up to 25 pallets per hour can be handled.
For all ECOMAT machines, the film roll is located in the structural post of the machine.
