New modular lightweight Signode Z20Â head modules are easy to remove for service. Â Head module change in case breakdown takes 2 minutes and could be performed by line operators. Head maintenance will be done conveniently in workshop.
Optional top or bottom batten feeders with up to 12 batten storages magazines, corner protectors for all edges, various strap dispensers are available
Optional Industrial Robot based batten feeder takes batten directly from pallet and placing it on top of the pallet or the bottom batten feeder. Batten station can operate up to 3 different batten lengths at the time. Based on upstream data or manual selection robot pick up correct length batten for each pack.
