SIGNODE VT- 16/19 pneumatic strapping tool for plastic strap
The SIGNODE VT- 16/19 pneumatic packing tools are primarily designed for medium-intensity packing of large, heavy products. Weighing only 4.2 kilos, the packer is capable of developing a pulling force of 0 to 3600 N, allowing the full use of the resource offered by high-quality packing tapes. The unit operates at pressures of 4.6 to 6 bar. Signode VTs are very convenient and easy to use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

The SIGNODE VT- 16/19 pneumatic packing tools are primarily designed for medium-intensity packing of large, heavy products. Weighing only 4.2 kg the tools tensioning is up to 3600 N, allowing the full use of the resource offered by high-quality strapping materials. The unit operates at pressures of 4.6 to 6 bar.
Signode VTs are very convenient and easy to use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. There is no longer any need for the operator to hold the tool as the process is automatic: at the end of the tesnioning, the tool stops and waits for the next operation command.
The tool is controlled by two buttons on top of the tool. It’s easy to clean the inside of the device of any debris. The pulling force and the friction welding time can be adjusted according to the specific packing strap.
