Designed to be simply integrated into a conveyor system this series can be used as a stand alone machine with non-driven rollers, available with many different options being adaptable for different operating conditions and requirements.
Description
The SIGNODE SGP2000 are faster than any analogue on the market. It is controlled by the Siemens S7-200 control, the tension of the strap can be adjusted steplessly up to 250 N.
The machine is equipped with automatic strap in-feed, frame loading and patented strap waste removal systems, making it a truly reliable tool and allowing the machine loading time to be kept to a minimum.
The machine runs 5-9 mm mm PP packing strap.
The SIGNODE SGP 4300 is a technologically advanced, fully automatic, offers superior reliability and ease of use. The tension of the strap can be adjusted steplessli up to 1100 N. The machine is equipped with automatic tape in-feed, frame loading and patented tape waste removal systems. In case of failure due to poor quality of the strap, the defective part of the tape is cut out and a new tape is immediately fed into the frame. The process is instantaneous, as evidenced by a piece of packing tape on the floor next to the unit. As an optional extra, it is possible to order an automatic binder for three or more packing tapes on one package. The control system is Siemens S7. The machine’s coupling head and feeding mechanism use lubrication- and maintenance-free components – all pre-set, adjusted and lubricated at the factory. The cost of ownership is therefore minimal. The SIGNODE SGP 4300 series can be equipped with a single or double pneumatic press to reduce the volume of the product packages. The machine can use 5 – 9 mm PP strap.
