SIGNODE has developed a special technology to ensure uniform tape quality and all the steel packing tape produced meets all the requirements of ISO and GS standards.
APEX packing tape manufactured by SIGNODE is the most widely used steel tape in the Baltic States. SIGNODE APEX is made of high quality alloyed carbon steel which, after special treatment, achieves the properties characteristic of packing tape. The properties and parameters of the steel packing tape are given in the table below. Our packaging is available in coloured and waxed. On request, it is possible to produce oxidised, zinc-coated, hot-dip galvanised or even untreated packaging. Any type of coating will significantly increase the weather resistance of the packing tape.
SIGNODE APEX packing tape is manufactured in Burseryd, Sweden. Proximity to manufacturers, fast and flexible distribution and good logistics create the conditions for timely deliveries. The standard package contains 12 rolls of approx. 50 kg each (tapes up to 19 mm wide) and 22 rolls of approx. 50 kg each (tapes up to 32 mm wide).
