Transpak manufactures universal pallet loading solutions for various industries. Single products come in one or more infeed lines, are grouped and packaged in predefined formats. Grouped packs are fed to the palletiser for layer formation. The packs could be turned according predefined pallet layer and form a complete layer on the forming table. Loading plate loads complete layer to the pallet.

Grouped packs are fed to the palletiser for layer formation. The packs could be turned according predefined pallet layer and form a complete layer on the forming table. Loading plate loads complete layer to the pallet.
The loading of the layers onto the pallets can be carried out by a universal layer palletizer or by industrial robots, depending on the desired production capacity.
It is also possible to add an anti-slip layer sheets on top of empty pallet, between and on top of the complete pallet load.
