A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.\n\nThe delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the &#8220;Back to merchant&#8221; button on the bank page.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are mediated by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montonio.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Montonio<\/a>. Payment takes place outside the Online Shop in a secure environment &#8211; in the case of payment by bank transfer, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer&#8217;s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the online shop is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance O\u00dc.<\/p>\n<p>If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7f39bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e7f39bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Delivery to<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8302b61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8302b61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Goods are sent to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>To collect the goods, the buyer has the following options: pick up, Omniva postal delivery, Smartpost , DPD.<\/p>\n<p>The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.<\/p>\n<p>Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 4 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will be within 7 calendar days.<\/p>\n<p>In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37ee68a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37ee68a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right of withdrawal<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47e2cfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47e2cfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p><em>NB! Depending on the products, the purchaser may not have the right to withdraw, the products and services in question must be listed in such a case and must meet the conditions listed in \u00a7 53(4) of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.riigiteataja.ee\/akt\/961235?leiaKehtiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Law of Obligations Act<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.<\/p>\n<p>If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, the form for which can be found here: link to the withdrawal form and send it to <a class=\"ql-color-blue\" href=\"mailto:epood@quadri.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-card=\"true\">epood@quadri.ee<\/a> within 14 days of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb8d2f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb8d2f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right to lodge a complaint<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11311f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11311f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery and which will become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.  <b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Thereafter, for 1 year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a defect, the purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to <a class=\"ql-color-blue\" href=\"mailto:epood@quadri.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-card=\"true\">epood@quadri.ee<\/a> or by calling +3726999420.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees related to the sales contract.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop will respond to the consumer&#8217;s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f6472c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9f6472c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-499c5d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"499c5d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods.<\/p>\n<p>The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer&#8217;s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his\/her wish to receive them by entering his\/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his\/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.<\/p>\n<p>The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-201b4de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"201b4de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Dispute resolution<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a18d199 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a18d199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the purchaser has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to <a class=\"ql-color-blue\" href=\"mailto:epood@quadri.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-card=\"true\">epood@quadri.ee<\/a> or by telephone to +3726999420.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms of the procedure and apply <a href=\"https:\/\/komisjon.ee\/et\/avalduse-esitamine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop.
